1. Coaching Sessions
Clients are expected to join the session at the scheduled time. A 10-minute grace period is allowed.

If you are more than 10 minutes late, the session will be marked as a no-show.

No-shows are not eligible for refunds, and rescheduling is not guaranteed, though requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
2. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

Late cancellations may not be eligible for a refund and may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Rescheduling is not guaranteed but may be approved at NoGeneral’s discretion, depending on availability and reason.

In the event of emergencies or unavoidable situations, refunds or rescheduling may be offered at NoGeneral’s sole discretion.
3. Digital Products & Guides
All digital products and downloadable content (e.g., guides, templates, resources) are final sale.

No refunds, returns, or exchanges will be issued once the product has been delivered or accessed.

By purchasing, you acknowledge that you are receiving instant access to digital content, which cannot be reversed.
4. Policy Enforcement
By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and accept these terms in full. NoGeneral reserves the right to update this policy at any time. Any exceptions to the above policies are at NoGeneral’s sole discretion.
