Clients are expected to join at their scheduled time. A 10-minute grace period is allowed.
Arriving more than 10 minutes late counts as a no-show; no-shows are non-refundable.
Cancellations must be requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled session.
Cancellations made under 24 hours are not entitled to a refund and may not be rescheduled.
In exceptional circumstances (e.g., emergencies), rescheduling or refunds may be offered at NoGeneral’s discretion.
Sessions are fulfilled based on availability and may occur outside 14 days of purchase if scheduling requires.

All digital products and downloadable content (guides, templates, resources, etc.) are final sale.
Once access or downloading begins, no refunds, cancellations, or exchanges will be issued.
By purchasing, you consent to immediate access to digital content and acknowledge that this purchase is non-refundable once delivery begins, in line with EU and Irish consumer protection laws.
