1. Scope of Terms

By accessing this website or purchasing any coaching session or digital product from NoGeneral, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, in accordance with Irish and EU law.
These Terms cover:

• Booking and participation in coaching sessions

• Purchase and access to digital products or guides

• Use of the official NoGeneral Discord server and related services

If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use this website or make any purchase.

 

2. Coaching Sessions

2.1 Access and Location

All coaching sessions are hosted on the official NoGeneral Discord server, within the “Coaching Channel” voice channel. Access is granted only after confirmed payment.

2.2 Punctuality and No-Show Policy

• Clients must join their session at the scheduled time.

• A 10-minute grace period applies.

• If a client fails to join within 10 minutes, the session will be marked as a no-show.

• No-shows are non-refundable, and rescheduling is not guaranteed, though requests may be considered at NoGeneral’s discretion.

2.3 Cancellations and Rescheduling

• Cancellations or reschedule requests must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session.

• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the session start time are not entitled to a refund.

• Rescheduling is not automatic and is subject to availability and discretion.

• In emergencies or exceptional cases, a refund or reschedule may be offered at NoGeneral’s sole discretion.

• Coaching sessions are typically fulfilled within 14 days of booking but may be delayed due to scheduling demand.

2.4 Scope of Services​

• Coaching services offered by NoGenerals are advisory and educational in nature. Sessions are delivered through guided gameplay review, discussion, and strategic feedback.

• NoGenerals coaches do not access, operate, or use any third-party game clients during paid sessions.

• All training focuses on transferable FPS and tactical-shooter fundamentals that apply across multiple titles.

• This structure ensures that all services remain fully independent of game publishers and are conducted in compliance with applicable license agreements and publisher terms of service.

3. Digital Products and Guides

3.1 Delivery

All digital products (e.g., guides, templates, PDFs, or other resources) are delivered electronically upon purchase via direct download or email link.

3.2 Refunds and Withdrawal

• All digital product sales are final.

• By purchasing, you give express consent for immediate delivery and acknowledge that you waive your right to cancel or request a refund once access or download begins, in accordance with EU consumer law.

• This consent is confirmed at checkout through a required checkbox.

3.3 Personal Use License

All digital content is licensed for personal use only. Redistribution, resale, or public sharing is strictly prohibited.

 

4. Intellectual Property & Prohibited Distribution

All materials provided during coaching sessions, as well as all digital products, written guides, templates, and any other resources (“Content”), are the exclusive intellectual property of NoGeneral. All rights are reserved unless explicitly stated otherwise.

You are strictly prohibited from:
• Recording, reproducing, or redistributing any part of a coaching session (audio, video, or text) without written permission.
• Sharing, uploading, or publishing any purchased guide, material, or coaching content on any website, social-media platform, forum, or file-sharing service.
• Using NoGeneral’s Content to create, promote, or sell competing services or products.
• Selling, licensing, or transferring access to NoGeneral’s materials to any third party.

Enforcement:
Any breach of this clause may result in:
• Immediate termination of access to coaching and Discord services;
• Permanent ban from future sessions and purchases; and
• Legal action under the Copyright and Related Rights Act 2000 (Ireland) and applicable EU copyright law, including injunctive relief, claims for damages and costs, and DMCA takedown notices or equivalent notices to relevant hosting platforms where applicable.

Evidence & Remedies:
NoGeneral retains booking confirmations, access logs, and other evidence of delivery and consent. We may use such records in enforcement or dispute proceedings and may seek recovery of losses and legal costs to the extent permitted by law.

If you suspect unauthorized sharing or misuse of NoGeneral’s Content, report it immediately to nogeneralttv@gmail.com or via Discord @NoGeneral.

 

5. Data Protection and Privacy

• Your personal data is processed in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Irish data protection laws.

• Data is only collected to:

  • Deliver your purchased services or products

  • Provide Discord access for coaching

  • Manage billing and order confirmations

• Your data is never sold or shared with third parties for marketing.

6. Limitation of Liability

NoGeneral is not liable for:

• Missed sessions due to client absence

• Platform or internet issues outside NoGeneral’s control

• Client’s interpretation or misuse of coaching advice or materials
  Liability is strictly limited to the amount paid for the relevant service or product.

 

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland and interpreted in accordance with Irish and EU consumer protection regulations.
Any disputes will be handled under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.

 

8. Updates to Terms

NoGeneral reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time.
The most recent version will always be available on this website with a revised effective date.
Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any updated Terms.
